What about weather conditions?
If rain or high winds is in the forecast on your rental day we will contact you the day before or that morning to discuss your options we reserve the right to cancel any rental due to bad weather conditions or we feel the conditions are unsafe. (Electricity and children just dont go together.)
What if I am hosting my event at a Community Center, Venue, Park, etc. ?
We charge a $100.00 fee for events taking place at community centers, venues, parks, etc.
What if I call the same-day I want to rent a unit?
We charge an additional $100.00 for same-day rentals.
Do you offer multi-unit discounts?
Silly Bob’s Inflatables strives to provide entertainment value without sacrificing quality and safety. In order to assist you in your selection process, our website clearly states pricing and indicates availability of all of our inflatables, games and equipment.
For pricing or questions regarding large festivals, carnivals, fundraisers, profit-sharing, pay-per-ride events, staffing, etc. , please call 864-305-9634 or 864-346-4201. We can assist you with event planning or handle the entire event for you.
Do we have to keep the unit plugged in the entire time?
Yes. A blower keeps air in the unit for the entire time. Once a unit is unplugged it will deflate. We require an outlet or generator within 100 feet of the unit. Please note: Longer cables can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cables.
What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks or dirt due to rubbing which may cause tearing in the unit. Note: Concrete and asphalt require sandbags, each sandbag will cost $2.00.
What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
We love setting up at parks but most parks DO NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator or bring your own. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day. (A $100.00 fee applies to park rentals.)
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $50 deposit is required to hold the reservation. You will pay the remaining balance on the day of your event.
Can I pick up a unit?
It depends, some of our units are available for customer pickup and return, others are not as they are too large or require special handling. If you plan to pickup and return, a truck or trailer is needed. Otherwise, we are happy to deliver.
Will you bring the units up or down steps?
No, we do-not bring units up or down stairs for safety reasons. In addition, we do-not bring units across outdoor walls or across a tiered yard.
What if I have an "extreme setup" ?
There is an additional cost for "extreme setups", the cost will be determined upon delivery..
Do I need to have my own water supply and hose for waterslide rentals?
Yes, we do-not provide water or water-hoses. You must provide the water-hose and water needed for a waterslide.
What is your cancelation policy?
If you notify us within 7 days or your rental, you can cancel and be refunded your deposit. If you provide less than 7 days notice, you will forfeit your deposit.
